What do I pay, and are there any hidden fees?
You pay nothing at all. Whenever you receive a commission check, we split it 90/10 minus $135 E&O insurance fee.
That’s it, nothing else.
Are you a Full Service Brokerage?
Primarily yes, but as an independent agent, you decide
what level of service you want to provide to your client. The difference at
iPro Realty is that the level of service is dictated according to the needs of
the Client and the specific Agent, not according to an arbitrary Company
minimum.
Are any company meetings required?
No. If we need to get information to you, we will either email you or call you.
What about the For Sale Yard Signs?
You would purchase your own signage for your listings. While at first that sounds like it
costs you money, it actually MAKES you money because your own phone number is on
the sign along with ours, which means you get ALL the buyer calls on your
listings! Shouldn't you profit the most by getting all the calls from listings
you get?
How can you offer such an aggressive compensation plan?
It's easy. When the company isn’t wasting space or money on
the other "stuff" (useless square footage, needless salaries, antiquated
systems), everyone benefits. This program is about as good as it can
get.
Do I have to charge my customers a set amount for my services?
No. Not at all. You have complete control when deciding
what to charge for your services without ever having to call and ask your
Broker. You and your client can choose the level of service most appropriate to
meet your client's goals.
Am I limited to selling residential real estate?
No. You can do whatever aspect of real estate you specialize in.
What types of agents can join?
Any agent can join us. Whether you specialize in sales, leasing, buyers, sellers,
commercial, land, foreclosures, or any other real estate type, as long as you
have your real estate license, you can benefit from the system.
Must I pay to be part of any Realtor systems?
You do need to be a member of the Board of REALTORS®
so that you can have access to your local MLS service.
With so many Agents now and your current growth rate, how can I expect to get timely
Broker support?
We know that when you need a Broker question answered you need it answered now,
not three days from now. You will always have direct access to the Broker. We guarantee
a half-day response period to your Broker question.
How quickly can I start working as an agent after I sign up?
